Our research sites are sponsored by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and offer services for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core mission. Our business was created to provide the high quality, lower cost services of these research sites to emerging bio-tech companies in the United States and EU, thereby providing them with an attractive option for advancing development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We provide a broad range of pre-clinical trials including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anti-cancer activity.

Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical testing far below other CROs since we have a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all studies in Kiev where labor and laboratory costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States is comprised of only of the organization principals who work directly with customers; we don’t have any promotion costs other than our web site, and no main offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev due to much lower workers rates and are able to provide our most attractive pricing for longer and more intricate pre-clinical tests where labor is the most significant portion of the overall price. Because we use the same reliable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other CROs, we don’t have any cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term preclinical tests. But, regardless of your test protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our customers the greatest possible value for their investment.
